SHIZEN  means "nature" or "natural" (pronounced "She-ZEN" in Japanese).  Returning to one's natural state of being is a sacred journey of remembrance, of awakening to one's loving essence and creative authenticity. We are each a unique, individuated soul of the whole. As a non profit spiritual center, sanctuary, and non-denominational temple in Eugene, Oregon, Shizen Sanctuary is helping to bridge the physical and spiritual realms, in support of each of our unique paths.
